Ingredients:

  • 1 Khurat Papad
  • Chopped onion, tomatoes, cucumber, grated carrot and green chillies
  • Coriander, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, salt
  • Lemon

Directions:

  • 1Fry the khurat papad using an open flame or microwave until it becomes crispy, taking care not to burn it.
  • 2In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped onion, tomatoes, cucumber, coriander, grated carrot, and green chilies.
  • 3Chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt in chopped vegetables.
  • 4Place the fried papad on a plate. Place the prepared vegetable mixture evenly on each papad.
  • 5Squeeze some fresh lemon juice over the masala papad.
  • 6Serve masala papad immediately as a crunchy and delicious appetizer.
