Peri Peri Papad Fries

Ingredients:

  • Water - 500 milliliters
  • Oregano - 1 tablespoon
  • Khurat Papad 7
  • Chilli flakes - 1 tablespoon
  • Melted butter - for brushing
  • Peri peri seasoning - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 30 grams
  • Mixed herbs - 1 teaspoon
  • Processed cheese - 40 grams

Directions:

  • 1In a bowl, add 500 milliliters water and masla papad in it.
  • 2Place it on a board and brush it with melted butter.
  • 3Add some garlic, processed cheese, oregano, chilli flakes and roll it.
  • 4Place it on a dish and preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for about 7 - 8 minutes.
  • 5Transfer, this into a bowl, add 1 teaspoon peri peri seasoning, 1 teaspoon mixed herbs and mix it well.
  • 6Serve.
